Regarding a recent fast i performed.
Briefly. I'll summarize tthat ituation.
As follows.
To lyn and carissa and family and friends. Please note the following.
. I went almost 51 hours without food Or drinks. But The seriquil medication overwhelmed me last night. And so did the heavy smoking ive done over the last two months. I didnt have a cigarette during this fast.
but my throat was left dry. Because of the recent heavy smoking. When i was 21' Lyn? And went 4 days and 5 nights without food or water? It was much easier to do that fast.
I didnt have a minor cold neither during mthat fast i did when i was 21.
I didnt smoke.
During my 21st year.
It came so much easier doing that fast.
And i went twice as long.

I wasnt even hungry during my 21st year qhen i went 4 days and 5 nights without food or water" when i started eating and drinking again .
During the month of july.

But i also didnt tell anybody i was doing such a fast.
